How far in advance should I book?
For peak season (May-October, November-December), book 6-8 weeks out. Other times, 4-6 weeks is ideal. Rush requests? Call us—we'll try to make it work.
What's the guest minimum?
We typically work with events of 25+ guests. For smaller gatherings, reach out—we may have options.
Do you serve at private homes?
Absolutely! We bring everything needed and set up anywhere—backyards, patios, living rooms, driveways, you name it.
What about venues?
Yes. We regularly work at event venues, country clubs, restaurants, wineries, and rental spaces.
Can guests request custom drinks?
We design a set menu for your event (keeps service smooth and prices predictable), but we can accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies.
What if some guests want alcohol?
We're 100% alcohol-free, but many clients do hybrid events—our mocktail bar plus a separate beer/wine service elsewhere. We're flexible.
Do you provide glassware?
Our standard package includes disposable drinkware. Glassware is extra.
What about cleanup?
We handle everything. Setup, service, breakdown, trash—you won't lift a finger.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 14-30 days notice depending on event size. Full details in your proposal.
Can I taste the drinks before booking?
For local clients booking larger events, we can arrange tastings. Ask when you inquire.
